Hello I work with Pathmark Transportation. We have a brokerage with contacts to over 20000 approved carriers. We only use carriers that have up to date insurance so you can rest assure that your products will be covered. We can run 1 pallet to full truckloads. We also do rail, multi loads, hot shot, straight truck, inbound and also warehousing. We specialize in LTL shipments and once in our system we will give you a user name and password and you can go in and put in the load details yourself, pick your own carrier and youre good to go. For full tls we have a good staff waiting to help you on all your needs. The other feedback was from another company and this is a new company with new people. We will do everything we can in order to get your shipments moved.

We have to reschedule for a different day now, since a truck could not be arranged on short notice.

Said he had a flexible schedule, he does not. I have 500 christmas trees waiting for him to pick up and he said he could do it a week after the original agreed upon delivery date. This screws me out of a week of tree sales. And will now cost more to have them delivered. I expect my deposit back promptly.
Rating: Neutral Left by: leifbooks (2) On: 11/24/2007 For: 9 pallets of books non stackab	No Detailed Feedback Available	I thought it was a good at first but after we won the bid but they asked for another 60 bucks over the bid anount..then it clearly stated"nonstackable" and guess what they showed up with 600lb pallets on top of them. this has injured one employee when we tried to move it off of our books....so I had to pay to use a neighbors forklift and driver to move these books off of the truck and in the warehouse and then put the stacked(top)pallets x6 back in the truck. I tried to contact them but no reply Response from prefontaine03: They were good to work with. We did not know about the double stacked until after the fact. We told the truck not to stack but they did anyways. I appoligized for this.

Bottom line, this shipper wanted payment in full in advance and wanted to charge me more than his bid. He could have used the "bid plus uShip fees, but he didn't, and then expected me to eat the uShip down payment fee. Forget it. My last email to this shipper is below, but regardless, trust me, JUST STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Basically, the service provider bid on my shipment without even knowing whether or not he could fulfill it. I am requesting that Uship issue a credit to me for the deposit paid last Wednesday.

I asked when they need them pu but now he is saying they should already be picked up but they were not ready to go until yesterday. He needs to read the people we are a BROKERAGE.

That is how the company works. He had a problem with that and I am sorrywith it. I told him Id move it for the 306 that was the rest of the bid and he found another carrier instead. Response from gijoeczar: Paying upfront WAS an issue with me; look at this shippers feedback -- do you blame me for not wanting to pay upfront? The second reason I chose not to ship with this shipper is that he wanted extra money from me to pay HIS Uship fees. His bid included Uship fees, then he changed the deal. I am happy to discuss this shipment further with anyone! Joe
