The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The machine needed to be moved today while the riggers were on site. We have to reschedule for a different day now, since a truck could not be arranged on short notice.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
Said he could do the job as bid. Said he had a flexible schedule, he does not. I have 500 christmas trees waiting for him to pick up and he said he could do it a week after the original agreed upon delivery date. This screws me out of a week of tree sales. And will now cost more to have them delivered. I expect my deposit back promptly.

I thought it was a good at first but after we won the bid but they asked for another 60 bucks over the bid anount..then it clearly stated"nonstackable" and guess what they showed up with 600lb pallets on top of them. this has injured one employee when we tried to move it off of our books....so I had to pay to use a neighbors forklift and driver to move these books off of the truck and in the warehouse and then put the stacked(top)pallets x6 back in the truck. I tried to contact them but no reply

Response from prefontaine03: They were good to work with. We did not know about the double stacked until after the fact. We told the truck not to stack but they did anyways. I appoligized for this.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
I read this shipper's three most recent feedbacks and even though that last three transactions went bad, I thought I'd give them a try. Bottom line, this shipper wanted payment in full in advance and wanted to charge me more than his bid. He could have used the "bid plus uShip fees, but he didn't, and then expected me to eat the uShip down payment fee. Forget it.
My last email to this shipper is below, but regardless, trust me, JUST STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
There were one or two more reasons I could list, but the one selected above seems to be the most appropriate. Basically, the service provider bid on my shipment without even knowing whether or not he could fulfill it.
I am requesting that Uship issue a credit to me for the deposit paid last Wednesday.
