About the Company: I have five to ten vehicles transported from all over the Country to Texas per week and two to five transported out. Typically they vehicles transported in are transported from Auto Auctions that have short pick up times, deliver time is very flexible. Typically it will be vehicles from Georgia, Florida, California, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. Being delivered from Texas will be to every state in the Union. Most are operational but sometimes they will be non-operational due to being damaged and I need the parts. Most often it will be Ford Vans although sometimes it will be large full size Class A Motor Homes. When transporting out of Texas time is extremely flexible and I can not imagine a time the vehicle would be non-operational.

We did communicate with the customer who then said he had the ideal trailer for the job. We went to collect the trailer at our expence and the trailer provided was smaller than our own trailer. We did however agree in principal to purchase the trailer and while we were trying to reach an acceptable price we found one identical for $900. Yes the customer did try and get hold of us but due to

However due to the previous issue we had, it was decided to deliver both vehicles at the same time. We were waiting for a break in our scheduled deliveries to attend to this problem. The customer was contacted and we are attending to resolve this issue by Wednesday next week. The customer is aware of this.

Rating: Cancellation Left by: tannernancy (2) On: 11/9/2009 For: 2006 Ford Econoline Cargo Van TN to TX	The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it The customer misrepresented himself.Before I accepted his shippment,I ask him if the vehicle was driveable.He said it was,after going to retrieve this unit I found out it wasn't.I talked to the staff at the place where it was and they told me he has sent someone before to retrieve it under the same impression,it was driveable,and it isn't. Response from precisionmotors: A flake will always claim it is smebody else's fault. The posting clearly states inoperable, first excuse was that their trailer broke, then that she had the flu, then that they do not have the equipment. Beware of flake transporters that do not fulfill their contractual obligations. Excuses are never acceptable, only compliance is acceptable.

I am not really comfortable with this because he never let me know about the late fees before hand. The late fees are not due to me running behind schedual and not my responcebility. Now, I have a transmission failure in my truck and will be down for some time waiting on tow back to Texas and repairs. Now the customer expects me to pay for the storage fess plus the Response from precisionmotors: JustinTyme is NOT on time, lies and excuses with only an effort to steal. Promised for two weeks he was going to pick up the truck and then said his wife did not want him to transport.... hmm, perhaps he should stay home and do the dishes rather than contract vehicles for shipment

Our mistake. We have resolved our booking problems and this is one that would only be resolved the following week which would be unacceptable to the customer. So we agree to this cancelation

I've informed the customer immediately after the bid was accepted and explained the situation. Response from precisionmotors: BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS !!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY PROVIDE BIDS AND AFTER YOU ACCEPT THE BID, WHEN THEY CANT FIND A TRANSPORTER, THEY SAY THEY OVERBOOKED, THAT IT WAS AUTOMATED, OR ANY OTHER STORY AND FAIL TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEY CONTRACTED TO PROVIDE. The service provider was supposed to pick up this vehicle three weeks ago, did call and say his trailer was too small and that he would rent a trailer so I "sold" him a trailer and he was going to pay for the trailer with transport. He has not picked up the vehicle and dissapeared with my trailer and one of my vehicles, one he did pick up two weeks ago. This may become a Response from americanltl: This was as a result of poor communication. The problem was resolved and both parties are ammicably satisfied.

The vehicle was picked up two weeks ago and it appears this service provider is using my van without authorization and it appears we may be looking at theft.

It was not picked up, so I notified transporter they would be liable for storage charges after 11/11, they stated they would pay the storage charges however they got caught in a lie, they are saying storage charges start on 11/09, before I purchased the vehicle and they want me to pay $50 more. Excuses by anybody is NOT acceptable, lies are a deal killer. I prefer to deal with an honest and truthful transporter.

Storage charges accumulate at the rate of $25 per day and this transporter has failed to meet her contractual obligations. Therefore I request a cancellation and need to find a transporter that can do as they contract to do.

Today he called and stated he was not going to transport nor pay for the $550 in storage charges that have acrued while waiting for him to transport as he contracted. This is a breach of contract and he is obligated to meet his contractual obligations in addition to the damages he has created. Response from JustinTyme: All BS. Timeline as follows. Listed 10/7. Accepted bid with another 10/7. That bid cancelled 10/8. I bid on 10/8. I say I can pick up between 10/12 and 10/16. On 10/8 you ask if I can pick up sooner because you are trying to avoid storage fees, and I say that I cant. You accept my bid on 10/9. You tell me there are $125 in fees already and another $25 each added day and that I have to pay them. I tell you it will be 10/15 before I can pick it up. My truck breaks down on 10/13. You threatened me!

The absolutely worst one is the one that took my money to transport this trailer and did nothing. watch out for McClure and Caloktransport, these two are the biggest thieves and excuse prone transporters I have ever met. JnJTrucking however is the best, no excuses, prompt and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will actually look at the jackson auction to see what eles I can buy there now that I know there is an extremely dependable transporter there

Now they chose to cancel a second time, they did the same thing the first time saying they got overbooked. This time I paid advertising and transporter should tranport vehicle or be penalized. Why should I be penalized for a transporter that accepts bids then cancels not once but twice. Response from montauto: Another ABUSER - member "precisionmotors" .I never answered a question from this member regarding his shipment!Also I've never done business with him - obviously he is mistaken me for somebody and if you check his and my profile you'll see the facts. Also this shipper misrepresented his vehicle. In his description says: Ford Econoline and in fact this is a Ford Box truck and I explained to him that we're providing automated bids according to the uship vehicle description.
