I cannot, with a clear conscience, recommend this hauler. Their communication was sparse and frightenly vague at its best. Numerous phone calls were not returned, pickup (late) and delivery dates were constantly changed- it was a very frustrating exp. The horses arrived ok but the trailer had not been cleaned out, the horses were not in box stalls (when they told me they would be) and one horse had a swollen rear leg that was not explained (when picked up they said his right front was lame).

Response from precisionequineservices: 1 of her horses extremely emaciated/starved. 2nd horse documentation shows all 4 legs as stiff/prone to lameness. Pictures & full evaluation of condition of her horses completed & available. She called & obsessively demanded we drive 16+ hrs non-stop. Informed her violates DOT, layovers & rest stops required for safety & care of horses, this only angered her more. She approved pick-up date, & we met delivery time early, even after she changed delivery location 3 times. Never confirmed box stalls

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
the service provider was very courtwous but made several representations as to when he woulf complete the pickup for 5 days now the person who is selling the horse and myself have been waiting on a day to day basis for the service provider to communicate as to when he actually would be there other than when he said he would originally. unfortunately, he gave both parties conflicting information which lead both of us to the conclusion that we felt something was amiss and neither one of us was com

Response from precisionequineservices: Misrepresented locations 1782 miles apart. Pick-up/delivery much further: 2137 miles, 355 miles further! She confirmed flexible timeframe on her listing & in correspondence. Fully aware that picking up new trailer in Florida. As consideration for her flexible time frame, offered a very reasonable rate of $0.44 cents per mile if 1782 total miles. Instead, due to misrepresentation, she was receiving $0.37 per mile. Shipper cancelled when only 2 hrs away, & already burned $260 in fuel.

First, I am surprised to read the negative feedback left for this hauler previously. Matt and Eileen safely delivered our horse within the agreed timeframe and did it for a great price. They are both very nice people with nice clean living quarters for the horses. Personally I had no problems communicating with them while they were in route to my house. I wouldnt tell my worst enemy to use this fraudulent company.No way this guy could have 20 years experience like he advertises because the owner/driver is barely even that old.
Theres no other drivers like the ad says. Just Matt and he is a sleepy,overtired,cronically late, excuse making, non phone/email call returning, constantly lying, man child who had us waiting on him 4 different times and didnt call. The 5th time he showed but was 10 1/2 hours late. Just a big mess.. bad tires..etc etc.

Response from precisionequineservices: Picked-up Nov 30th, within the time-frame as agreed. We dropped her mini off today, December 1st, one day early. Because Stacyb (shipper) was very threatening and verbally abusive (as evidenced by her feedback here as well), we informed her that we would still do her haul, however, limit the number of calls. At delivery, she was also physically aggressive and inappropriately pulled her mini horse in her trailer by its tail. (Note that we do have receipts for new tires on both truck and trailer)
