The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time powersurcetransport has not picked up van.now will not answer repeated phone calls and repeated voice mails.repeatedly lied about shipping this van.totaly unprofessional and I don't fell comfortable with this shipper in anyway now and will not allow him to complete this shipment. Response from powersourcetransport: Truck was too high to fit in my Enclosed trailer and had to go to swap to open trailer and they did not want to wait.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider picked up the golf cart on Friday and was to have it delivered on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. It never arrived and the customer called to cancell the shipment since it was over two weeks late. I had to go up to the shippers place of business with the Sheriffs to reclaim my property and it was also damaged. Response from powersourcetransport: The Cuatomer change his mind about buying a $17,000 Golf cart.I went to Blain,Wa to drop this off with a Mercedes-Benz : M-Class and 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe(check their feedback). There was no damage on his golf cart. It's just a case of his deal went bad and I got stuck in the middle. Not a person You want to do Business with..............My feedback speaks for itself.......

My apologies, our customer took it upon himself the have the item picked up instead of shipping it. He knew we paid the deposit, but jammed us anyway.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have to cancel because the scheduling has changed Response from powersourcetransport: He needed to go to Texas and he did not want to wait for me to finish my other shipments before his. Sorry can't leave my other customers behind do to adding another 1300 miles.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have called repeatedly; I have spoken to Chris but I am the only one trying to follow up.
Chris told me he would go direct to pick up my car; he then booked another delivery before mine and is presently stuck on Oregon trying to get to Seattle to deliver this first shipment. I5 freeway is closed and I can't wait any longer. Response from powersourcetransport: Can't help about weather and If you want a cheaper price most of us hauling have to take something both ways or we can not give you the good prices. The customer wanted me to leave the other customers car at his parents house and pick up his car and I won't do that. I know how I am about my own car there is no way I am leaving a customers car somewhere that was not planned.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The provider just dropped the ball, thats fine just give me back my money paid thru PayPal .... Rick Response from powersourcetransport: No money exchanged hands, Customers phone was a wrong number or turned off, so I emailed customer and got no response. Without talking to the customer I will not show up fuel is to high to get someware to find out it is not there and when someone phone is shut off makes me think if they can't pay that bill how are they going to pay me!

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled THE CAR IS AS ADVERTISED AND IS A TWO DOOR NOT 4 DOOR THE SERVICE PROVIDER ASKED FOR EXTRA MONEY AND I AGREED AND HE STILL LEFT THE CAR THERE AND IT WAS TOWED BY POLICE . I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK INCLUDING DEPOSIT. Response from powersourcetransport: The shipper said it was a 2200 lb car it was a 6000 lb car and roll fine it did not. When I went to Arizona to pick up the car the guy that I had to pick it up said there had been 3 other people to pick up the car and needed to be a tow truck to get this car. I ask for more money to get a tow truck out their he told me no he was not going spend no more money and I had better get it or he was going to leave me a bad mark on Uship. I still have 100% feed back the shipper misrepresented this load..
