The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This shipper is a fraud.He agreed to take my shippment and was paid in advance. He has not completed the shippment and i gave hime 14 days extra to complete the delivery.On several occasions he lied and said he was picking it up.Once stating he was "picking it up as we we're speaking". He now refuses all calls, voice mail and emails. He has made no effort to refund monies paid to him for his services.I checked with FMSCA and they find no record of a DOT number, so he is in business legaly transp

We went out to pick up his trailer on the day it was to be picked up. At the pick up point they did not have the keys to get in to get the trailer out until 2 days later. We can not have a driver waiting for days for a pick up. So not only do I lose the fuel I have to pay my driver. So I am going to add to my contract if the product is not ready you lose 50% of your haul. It is not fair to me if you don't have your keys or any thing that delays the shipment more than an hour or so. Thanks,Chris

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services this guy has lied to myself and the pick people says he is going to be there never happens then says lost address but still never contacted myself or the pick up totally mislead can i please have my deposit back

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer. I had to chase down an address down. They gave me the wrong address twice. Then he leaves a message on my phone threatening that Osama should have blown up Califirnia (can listen on my phone, still on my voice mail) This kind of person should be kicked off of Uship and have homeland check him out. I am going to write down everytrhing he said -curse words and put it in his response of this. I think he is a threat to the US.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period At first the shipper responded to my email promptly but I have not made contact with him for more than a week despite repeated calls and emails. This is my first attempted to us Uship.....very disapointed.

We set a time to due this job Monday the 19th I don't know why he changed his mind........Oh well, Chris. P.S. My cell phone is on 24/7 if you leave a message I will call you. Going up and down the freeway there are dead spots and if you don't leave a message I don't know you called......

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved no hard feelings, driver was unable to meet timeframe as his credit card was cloned and he could not purchase gas.....was friendly and available on the phone, but just couldn't meet my timeframe...not the drivers fault, would consider using again

We were in constant communications and I always knew where he was. He was much more prompt than me and kept us on schedule. A shipment that should have taken two days was done in one. I will use this shipper again and recommend him highly to anyone else.
