Our Truck has two experienced drivers with clean driving history.We wrap our customers stuff with blankets to prevent from scratches and damages. I need this mattress delivered because the owner is moving and doesnt have a lot of time. So I called them and left a message that I would be canceling the bid on uship because they have not been able to honor the 2 appointment dates that they set to deliver the mattress. I believe they meant well and I tried to work with them but I need my bed.

This has created a lot of inconvenience. I didn't purchase my hot tub until I had a confirmed shipper. Now I have a Hot Tub and no Shipper. This company has one truck and when it breaks down they has no alternate method to complete their completed agreement. This is completely unsatisfactory. Response from power12: Paul was a great man to work with and I wish we did the delivery for him. We will be more than happy to work with him in the future. We didn't want to keep holding his Hot Tub because he needed it urgently hence the cancellation.
