Customer did not respond to any of our emails and THEIR phone was no reachable. 5 different scheduling agents attempted contact and reached nobody at portgate. Customer was unreachable on multiple occasions. Per, James and Josh Response from portgate: NO ONE EVER CALL US-ALL OF OUR CALLS ARE ANSWERED THE COMPANIES WITH GOODS NEVER HEARD FROM YOU-THEY THEMSELVES TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER YOU LIST ON USHIP AND IT DOES NOT WORK
