I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment.
The shipper requested a delivery for Saturday which would not be available from my end due to logistics issues. Would not be able to work on the same route and rates for next week. Also after talking to shipper there is a bigger damage risk that was originally thought of.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
This customer listed this shipment as a pickup from a business, but once I spoke directly with this shipper I discovered this shipment is at a storage facility. He wants the trucking company to go into this facility and remove items on a dock without any one physically being present. The trucking company refuses to take on such a liability without authorization or knowing origin of merchandise. Due to the risk involve with this shipment we must retract bid
