I paid over $1500 to ship a $4,000 sub zero refrigerator , a $8,000 set of kitchen cabinets and a $3,000 granite countertop from the Midwest to California. Brett assured me that he would pack the items very carefully since I then needed to ship the items by boat to Guam. What I received was a mess. The only packing materials used were three old blankets that he probably had in his truck. There was no bubble wrap, shrink wrap, cushioning or anything.
The refrigerator looked like it was dropped

First of all I am sorry that the shipping company you chose to use to ship these to Guam damaged your shipment.I dont care how well I packed these if the rammed them with a fork lift it would not be good enough.Ok now as far as damage these were used items and you did not pay $15000.00 as you are telling my customers I have a email where you paid $750.00 for what you claimed you paid $11000.00 also I used shrink wrap and at least 6 blankets and pads some where brand new and cardboard and foam

were beat up when I picked them up they where in a basement not in a garage like the pic you sent the counter top was broke and the fridge was tore out of a repo house looked like it had been dropped they were even taking the hot water heater out of this high end house yes the hot water heater and granite look at his listing I dont know of a granite counter top that weighs 20 # this was not granite from the Midwest to Cal.You choose DHX to ship them from Cal when I dropped they were fine
