Never heard from service provider again. We are still waiting for our deposit refund fron uship. View Listing Response from poolboy: Sorry customer missed weight by more than twice of actual weight of shipment I still took half of shipment and only took half the money should of charged them more due to the improper weight. I did call and left message and waited 48 hours for a phone call to pick up rest of load but after 48 hours booked the spot and since have tried them with no answer very nice people sorry it didnt work out but I dont deserve a neutral feedback but will leave a positive for them.
