I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Had a very great experience with this provider on a previous transaction, but this one is not going so well. Seller is mad because I have not picked-up item. Need provider to perform or cancel. Not a Big Deal - just need to get it done. Thanks

I was at a loss when I realized I had purchase four chairs in southern California and needed to get them to central Florida (I actually hadn't determined their whereabouts when I mnade the bid). I was surprised when it was accepted and thens realized I needed to help. Thanks to ponceco! The packing was excellent and the decisions they made worked. The chairs arrived safely in Winter Haven. Here is the feedback from my cousin: I just picked them up yesterday. I had them shipped from Houston to Austin. Check to see if they charged you because they did not charge me. I will pay the difference and any storage fee. But they said no bill.?? I could not make Houston happen, so I finally just asked them to put them on a bus. Chairs were in great condition as was the box. The guys at the pick up helped me move the box and get the chairs into the car. Very nice" Thanks much,Elaine
