Michael did a terrific job having a desk picked up in San Diego, wrapped for shipping, and delivered to my door. I did not have the means to pick it up from the Greyhound depot so he agreed to have the courier service included in the price. The only issue I was confused by (and this is my first time with UShip) is even after I paid the deposit, he wanted to be paid in full through PayPal before the package arrived. I was not comfortable with that, but paid promptly upon delivery.

The shipment arrived in two separate deliveries; drawers in one and desk about a week later. desk was very slightly damaged and can be easily fixed. Mr. Ponceco was very responsive to any questions I had. The desk was packed carefully, and overall, we're very pleased. Thank you, Mr. Ponceco! KayTan/ Francie's Secretary.

Everything worked out really well. I was a little worried giving my TV to someone to ship across the county, but Michael packaged it, shipped and and it arrived in perfect condition. This was my first time arranging for my own shipping of an item on ebay and Mike was very helpful. We picked my table up over the weekend and even the people at the terminal commented on how carefully Mike had packaged it for shipping to make sure it did not get damaged.
