The guys were great, they answered all my questions and kept me informed of everything going on. They were on time when they came to pick up my items and kept me informed during the move. They delivered the items with in the time frame they gave me, nothing was lost and they made everything easy for me. I would use the company again.

The shippment came and was very well packed I mean very well packed. A+ on packing. There was some communication issues but nothing major. I would say B on that If you call or text they will get back to you. But if you don't call or text then your on your own. It came in the time they said it would come and they delivered when they said they would. All in all Job well done!!! I will use agian if I need something shipped.

My family shrinked-wrapped everything so pick-up was a breeze and didn't take long to load the truck. The guys were very nice and professional. Communication was good and the driver was accurate about delivery time. Delivery was good to the storage unit - All items were intact and non damaged. Overall, great experience. Thanks!

Easy shipping with experienced company -- personable staff, promptly answered questions/concerns, always available via phone throughout the trip, everything arrived exactly how it left (nothing broken, scratched, etc.). I would definitely use Ponceco and U-Ship again for all my moving purposes.

Communication during the entire shipping process was extremely bad. I didn't have any direct communication from ponceco after leaving over 10 voicemails for them to give me an update on my shipment. Overall, my shipment arrived slightly late but they delivered as promised. I would consider using them again.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment My sincerest apologies for this booking. Members of our sales team booked this without fully grasping the distance between pickup points. This delivery would have resulted in a negative loss for our business. Though we try to follow through regardless of loss or profit for our customers, this was to great of distance to travel (700 rt) for our driver, their families and our business. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I HAD A SHIPPER ARRIVE TO PICK UP MY GOODS, HAD LISTED EVERYTHING IN THE STORAGE UNIT, AFTER ARRIVING HE CALLS ME IN OHIO FROM CALIFORNIA TO TELL ME HE IS CANCELLING THE SHIPMENT. HE SAID HE WOULD LOSE MONEY IF HE SHIPPED IT. I ASKED HIM IF HE READ THE LIST BEFORE HE BID IT HE SAID SOMEONE ELSE DOES HIS BIDS. THIS IS THROUGH NO FAULT OF MINE THAT THIS SHIPPER IS INCOMPETENT IN HIS BUSINESS PRACTICES AND I WILL NEVER USE USHIP AGAIN IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VENDORS THEY ARE USING!!!
