Very positive experience dealing with Jim
Would use him again in a second. He picked up my 27 foot boat on the date he said and delivered it on the date he said. Even filled the gas tank for me on the way!!!

Jim was the most wonderful person I have dealt with in a long time. He went above and beyond what we contracted for. Not only did he deliver our dirtbike in 100% condition, he also went to a relatives house on the way to pickup boxes for a child we just got custody of. She had things left behind in FL that she couldn't carry on the plane. Jim went and picked them up at no additional charge. He then kept in contact the WHOLE entire time. Dishonest, absolutely unreliable person. He did not return calls, e-mails, and voice messages the day before scheduled shipment and at that day. He did not show up at all, putting me in very difficult situation. I stuck with my boat in New Jersey and had to pay double price for urgent shipping to Maryland. Awful experience. Never trust this person!

Jim knows the drill when it comes to shipping boats.He's very helpful and treats your boat like its his own.The boat arrived here in Arizona in excellent condition after a long trip from New York.Very good service from a professional boat transporter.

This guy lies straight to your face and behind your back , he destroyed the canopy on my boat and said he turned it into insurance,he did not, he said he would take care of this , he did not, beware of this guy !!! Not returning phone calls,no nothing just a canopy ripped to shreds and lies , u-shippers better get a insurance card and verify it before accepting a bid. Thanks Jim for making me a dissatisfied U-Ship customer on my first outing.

When I was picking up this boat I ask this customer while I was waiting for him to do a Paypal Payment, he asked me to describe the boats shape and the (Out Drive) which this is all he wanted the boat for because its worth 8000 and he told me that he didn't care about the boat Nor its contents except a removeable Gas tank and the Prop, so I left the boat as is and secured the boat to my trailer. I was asked also to come down to Knoxville TN to drop it off on the 4th of july and so I did. I left

Jim is fast, fair and easy to deal with. There were some misunderstandings on the terms, but nothing that couldn't be handled.
All in all I would use Jim again in a minute.
