Phil was quick in the pickup and delivery of the scooter. He made himself available, which is important. When you use a service like UShip, you need reassurance from the eventual shipper you select that he has scheduled your pick-up, as well as calls when he has picked up the item and is getting close to delivery. So, on both fronts, Phil did a great job -- transported the scooter safely (in a covered trailer) and with good communication about his plans and progress along the way.
