The customer was not understanding at all when I broke down in the middle of Iowa. I ended up spending $800 out of my pocket to get his equipment to him. I never ask for anything in return except for some understanding that it wasn't fun for me either. He was a really angry man on the phone, I'm glad I never saw him in person!
