I was not at the destination, though it appears all is in good order. The movers were professional and friendly. Brian really knows his business and how to pack and secure a load. With regard to the pickup there were the usual timing difficulties which domino. This would have been a positive experience had their truck not broken down. This caused a week's delay and a total breakdown in communication. I do not understand why another truck was not rented. This caused us all great stress.

all i can say is, items were delivered On the 4th, which is 6 days before they needed them, so what goes on in that period of time shouldnt concern them at all i did what i was suppose to do, notify them 2 days prior by email, this is a form of communication, so i didnt appreciate blowing my phone up, every single day, and would have rented if i needed to but there wasnt any hurry,, oh,, (flexible),why do people say this when its not true, but everything arived in great condition before his date
