This couple are fantastic people to ship for! We were delayed due to a mechanical problem, they were understanding, accomodating and went out of their way for us!! Their 2 cats were a pleasure to take with us, they had proper accomodation, food, water, very well cared for by very caring people!!! The communication of the receiving end was also fantastic, these are good people!! Highly recommended to everyone!!
