Goods were delivered, delivery time was not as outlined or promised in bid and communication wasn't open and professional. These guys work hard but I wish they could have done a better job in keeping me informed and in the loop especially when you're traveling from coast to coast. I believe if you set expectations, you should deliver, unfortunately this was not the case! My experience wasn't so pleasant but I hope customer service will improve...
