Our vehicle arrived in good condition which is the most important factor. Sherese and Robert were usually very responsive via email or phone. The driver was courteous and careful with the vehicle and allowed us to take our time inspecting the car upon delivery. The vehicle was delivered nearly 6 hours late due to inclement weather. During this delay, proactive communication could have significantly lowered our stress level. Overall, I'd use them again.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
A bid was placed for my car and after accepting the bid,service provider changed price on me,Spoke with a lady who is half owner of the business,I even suggested to meet her half way on the price,She was adamant.Not good people to work with.Please ask question before you deal with this people.Thanks

Response from phillips4: I don't know what this customer is speaking of because I delivered his car within the timeframe and he was happy. As for the price if you pay thru PayPal a process fee of 3% is charged by PayPal not me. Thanks for the opportunity to serve your shipping need.

A++++ The boat was delivered on time and was well taken care of the whole time it was in the shippers possession. I am very impressed with every aspect of this transaction including, communication, care, price, professionalism, ect.. Thanks Sherese for everything, I really appreciate all of you guys time and effort in getting the boat here! I would recommend Phillips services for anything going any where to anybody.

Missed our original deadline. Good communication however and what I believe to be honest and sincere people. Cargo did arive in good condition and overall, I would trust them again with my load. Just wish things could have been a bit more on schedule.
