I am sorry that you feel this way because I was to pickup AM Tuesday and upon arrival the shipment was not ready and it took you over half the day the get the shipment prepared for shipment and which caused the shipment to be delayed. The shipment was to be delivered on Thursday and I arrived at 4:30pm that day. I was never informed that the business closed at 3pm until the day before while in transit. Due to DOT rules we can only driver a set hrs and have to shut down for 10hrs. Sorry

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
In reference to the Bill of Lading I have some questions;
First.- You are adding to the "bid accepted price of $1,300.00" a $100.00 you say for "fuel surcharge". This aditional charge never was mentioned in your "Bid" posted last march 27, 2008.
Second.- I did a deposit for $95.76 and it is not mentioned in the Bill of Lading and you mention on it that my "Total due for shipment: $1,300.00 plus $100.00 fuel surcharge"
As far as I understand it means that the total due is $1,400.00. I'm

I am sorry you did not understand the information. Yes, the deposit made is used for UShip charge for using the site and have to be paid when you accept the bid but comes out of the total bid of 1300 and the additional fuel surcharge is for the additional miles requested to be driven. Anyway thanks for the opportunity.

Shipment was not a week late and it was pickup on a Thurs. and delivered on Sat. with other loads. We had 3 shipments to pickup and deliver and this was not the only load so with driving almost 1000 miles we give ourselves 3-4 days and the shipment was delivered within that timeframe.I would add to any customer reading this we can only give a timeframe but some things do come up while in transit. The driver grandfather passed while running these loads but he finished the job that mean something
