Was in contact with customer 3 times and he did not comply with contract when i spoke to him he was using profanity toward the company we will not be able to do this shipment

AFTER ACCEPTING BID SHIPPER THEN WANTED AN ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT IMMEDIATELY. THIS WAS NOT PREVIOUSLY DISCLOSED. WE TOLD HIM WE COULD HAVE A CHECK SENT NEXT DAY FROM THE COMPANY. BUT HE THEN TOLD US HE HAD ANOTHER BID? WE WERE COUNTING ON THIS BID AND HE CANCELLED.
