Everything went as planned. Phifer delivered as promised and did a few extras at my request. Haven't been able to see the boat as yet, but am sure its in good condition despite the long haul. Many thanks.

Tom was great to deal with, although not sure why we only recieved 4 stars on 3 catogories. Communication we felt was great, talked on phone probalby 5 times, have 8 saved emails between all of us. He was out of the country and asked specifically not to call him untill it was delivered. Care of Goods; we did everything he asked us to do, filled it up with gas and we even washed it after the trip. Service as Described; confused on this one too? The Phifers were great to work with. Jim was more than accomodating as the Marina at the oubound end was unable to lift the boat on the trailer and we switched location to a municipal boat ramp that neither of us had been to before. Boat arrived in great condition, and again Jim was very accomodating as we had another change when the guys at the destination changed their minds about how they wanted the boat loaded and we had to go from the boat yard down to the marina ramp. Outstanding service!

Mary was a great person, but unfortunatly the listing stated the boat was 11'-6" wide and the true width was 12'-4". This would have changed the price drastically as it would require escorts in every state traveled through. We wish you the best on your shipment, sorry we couldn't help you with your shipment. Listing stated the width of the boat was 11’-6” and true width (beam) of the boat is 12’-4”, this increase in width changes the price drastically as escorts will be required in each of the traveled states.
