The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The hauler emailed that he would not be able to pick up my horse at the scheduled time due to conflicts with other unsigned bookings. I paid the deposit and was expecting the hauler to be on my property Friday evening or early Saturday morning. The hauler was unable to give me a specific date on when he could arrive. The horse is going to NY and there is a 72 hour window on health certificates. Due to this conflict with the hauler I must have another health certificate done to coincide with

I did apologize to the shipper was going to be able to do within a week but apparently papers were running out that I was not aware of. All as a result another customer with paper work on horses that was not done when I was told everything was all set.
