The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
we have not received returned phone calls or emails they never took the information on they vehicle they were supposed to pick up on monday we have re listed the listing on uship after costly time and mistakes by the provider very disappointed with there efforts and professionalism.

Response from petraa: Shipper from another state made third party responsible (dealership) for shipping. Upon leaving John several messages and talking to Dealership sales rep. upon arrival. Our driver was told BMW was not ready for delivery. After waiting 24hrs. at a truckstop for the call back from John. Our driver was assinged to another paying customer who had the load ready for delivery. If your shipper cant have your load ready for pick up. You should be there to make shure it gets done.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
The numbers listed did not reach the person named on the bid. Someone else called back, but was not aware of the bid.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Never use these guys! After my continuous calls with no answer, they have "tried" to fit my shipment into their schedule for almost two weeks. Then they did not show up on the agreed day. Rescheduled for Sunday, Mothers day. A lady went to the office to wait for them at the agreed time. After an hour and a halph the shipper informs it's going to be 1.5 more hour wait. Ruined weekend and trust in Uship. Ridiculous!

Response from petraa: To my understanding you had been informed of my work schedule, you agreed due to low pricing and to the flexability of schedule. I got back in friday from out of state, contacted you that same day which you ageed on for that sunday. While i was on the freeway,I called to say i was running 30 minutes late, your spouse calls 45 minutes later to cancel after i had already used alot of my gas without payment down. Monday morning the spouse calls to reschedule. My wife said no due to your cancelation

Good comunication,but VERY bad service.He did not read my description of the item as a result did not have the trailer he needed.He raised is price from 1200 to 2400 I sent him via western union(do not send $ that way)900 which he says he will only refund me 500,and then wants 5 months to do it in,he never sent me a contract to sign,BE CAREFUL, I was VERY dissatisfied with this company!!!!!!!!!

Response from petraa: this customer agreed to provide gas cost for arriving at his location with bad information about being able to hook up and tow away his equipment it was not road worthy and had to be put on a trailer. We made a effort to secure a trailer twice for this customer most of the problems occuring with this transport stem from breakdown of communication. He agreed to pay some of the cost of fuel for a dry run then now it appeared he wanted to rescind that with his comment he put in here.

These guys did a great job in coordinating and moving the riding mower.I would recommend and use them again without hesitation.
