This was a very simple job that Murphy's law got a hold of. The p/u and del. location contacts had the same name, as well as myself and my other driver having the same name. Every phone call seemed o begin with "Who am I talking with". But due to good attitudes, willingness to work out schedules, and good communication, we were able to complete this shipment, and I would ship for Heather at any time.
