Shipping was fine - communication was very poor. Before bidding I asked about storage and told that "the carrier can store the vehicle" until delivery. After booking, was told that storage really wasn't available and had to scramble to find someone to receive my car. Also, he never contacted me other to ask for money - over course of 3 weeks I left 2 emails that weren't returned and never received callbacks when he said he would. Very frustrating - won't book with him again.
