The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
The customer indicated that the car could be driven or hauled; however, it can only be hauled. We submitted a bid on the basis of driving the vehicle. The customer was very disrespectful and rude in his email. We made several attempts to contact the customer to discuss the shipping details. We talked once but was unable to contact him directly.
