I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Since accepting dethomas04's bid, I have spoken via telephone with this shipper more than once, yet certainly not enough. I regret to report that on more than one occasion, the shipper has failed to contact me to finalize the pickup details. The last occurrence of this poor customer service took place on Monday June 29, 2009, wherein which after I contacted the shipper to confirm the pickup and delivery details. The shipper stated that he would call me back to give me the information. Hours have
