The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
Multiple atempts to call and email with no reply. Original shipping date passed. no responce to email about date change. shipping charge paid in full. Shipping date time line is very sensitve due to reloction. I needed a reliable shipper. I fear the worst and have secured another shipper. I have reported the shippers charge as fraudulent to my credit card.

Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly - did not feel comfortable moving forward.
He is lying he did not do what we had talked about with the shipment and I had the money sent back to me from the USPS.
Because he did not get it delivered yet and I could not reach him after I told him it had been sent off I could not reach him for a hole day. He's lying he did not set up the pickup like he was suppose to and had agreed.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
The Shipper demanded payment of the balance before pickup. His stated arrangement in the contract was for 10% down to Uship and the balance either at time of pickup or at the delivery point.
He wanted me to send the balance to his bank account or to Western Union in his name. Western Union advise not to do this as there is a record of fraud already. And I saw a negative feedback for this provider on your site.
