There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved My storage company in New York misrepresented the volume to be shipped. The actual volume turned out to be much higher. In addition, my storage company refused to allow direct entry by outside movers into their private storage facility and they demanded an exorbitant warehousing fee for them to take things out of storage. I should reconsider my options. Otherwise, it has been very easy to communicate with CrownRoyal by email, Blackberry and phone.
