This shipper was an honest person who is trying to run an honest and hardworking shipping business. With that said, he should not have bid on my shipment because he was too busy to handle it correctly. We had some rather significant snafus, but he did end up honoring his end of the agreement after quite a few e-mails, telephone calls, and unnecessary stress. If he bids on your shipment, I recommend that you clarify that he definitely CAN meet your needs, using specific times and dates.

I wish there was a rating that was Positive ++++, because that is what Todd would receive. Between phone calls and e-mails, he kept me completely updated regarding the status of pick-up, arrival, and delivery. He was on time both for pick up and delivery. He is polite and professional. This was my first UShip experience, and Todd made it absolutely great. If everyone you did business with was this professional, life would be a breeze!
