Customer was conviently not there when driver arrived after talking to him 30 minutes earlier and no check and still no check

Customer made arrangements with the exporter to pay the bill, which I agreed to accept when the customer refused to wire the money from Mexico, and the check they sent bounced, twice. Now I'm getting a big run around from everyone. Customer not much help in resolving the issue. Please Charles Wilson, I know you can do better. You have the money. Pay me.

Rating: Cancellation Left by: CASH123 (18 ) On: 2/3/2009 For: boom truck	The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it Truck has not been released by auction because shipper has not paid storage fees.Shipper did not provide permits,vaild vehicle registration or insurance, shipper did not provide vaild paperwork that is required to enter the United States from Canada.Shipper has asked me to remove boom from truck send it to him and keep the truck as payment instead of paying me for my services

Response from CASH123: Shipper did not provide a legal tag or the required permits that he said he would. I told shipper that I would not operate boom truck without a tag or permits. Shipper has unpaid storage fees before any of his trucks will be released. He has not paid those fees.You cannot trust what this shipper tells you, make sure you get paid in advance with this shipper
