The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Shipper was responsive and easy to communicate with. We had discussed pickup time and agreed, but then he had a problem with his truck that was going to delay the pickup beyond the time frame that I was comfortable with. We mutually agreed on the cancellation. I appreciate that he was upfront about the delays that would have been involved, and would consider using him again.
Response from sducky:
We had a semi hit our trailer and tore a large hole in the side of the trailer. I was not comfortable putting these items in there without knowing it would be safe and dry... I hope you understand.. Seth
