Service Provider was no longer able to accommodate this shipment.
We cannot accept the cancellation request as we have already incurred signifcation costs in getting the car to the location for pick up. We have stayed in touch almost daily during the preparation timeframe and the service provider has confirmed multiple times that all is good to go. We need to work this out with the service provider and find a solution that works. Our daughter has now flown to Utah and needs her car. We are in a real spot here.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I just spoke to him 2 days ago and everything was fine. I dont understand why he cancelled, I waited 2 weeks for him.

Service Provider was no longer able to accommodate this shipment.
I spoke to Mark by phone as recently as last night at 10pm and the provider promised to pick us up the next day, He did not do so and refused to answer his phone. until i decided to try & reconnect my computer which was packed and waiting for pick was only than i was made aware of the cancellation and now have no Home and all my stuff out on the street in boxes with my animals,Im extreamly upset and angered, and now homeless thanks to Mark,Wish he could of been honest W/ me last night!!!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
This would be service provider, parkman09 has delayed this shipment for over 20 days. He promised several times during this period that he would surely make the delivery. Now, on the day he promised to pick up the shipment, he decides to cancel out.

First off i did not misrepresent anything. I ran into one problem after another for reasons i can only explain as murhpys law because no matter what i did it just got worse. This was in know way hankthetraders fault but there was nothing i could do but cancel so he could make other plans. I feel very bad about this already and the reason i could not do it makes me feel even worse and furthermore i had to cancel four others because of what happened. So who is really losing here in everyway ME!
