I highly recommend this service provider. Julio offered a very competitive rate, & worked hard to accommodate a narrow window for collecting & delivering the item. With respect to the item, which was not prepped for shipping, Julio blanket wrapped & taped the fragile glass top. Both table & glass top arrived in fine condition. Apart from his attention to making a timely, undamaged delivery, Julio is a courteous & conscientious fellow, who understands the importance of good communication

Papillion was an exceptional service. Came when he predicted, professional, personable, good humored, hard working and got the job done. It is obvious that he takes great care of the items he is moving. Everything was wrapped and stored to insure no damage in transport. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I am canceling this shipment and I am very, very unhappy! The service provider and I were communicating throughout the process and I was assured that he would be able to pick up the items by 10-29-11. I HAD TO CALL HIM (JULIO) and he informed me that he was having trouble but for me to be assured that he would have my stuff picked up by 11-1/2 at the latest. Julio was a very courteous man that communicated with me pretty effectively. He did indicate being seven hours behind schedule. I was told by him that he would be at my rental facility at 6:00 am, however, because they needed to sleep and he was in Washington DC, he arrived at 4:00 pm. This would have made my delivery round 2-3 am. I worked with him because I experienced a lot of issues and he was supportive. However, my major problem was
