The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I am canceling this shipment and I am very, very unhappy! The service provider and I were communicating throughout the process and I was assured that he would be able to pick up the items by 10-29-11. I HAD TO CALL HIM (JULIO) and he informed me that he was having trouble but for me to be assured that he would have my stuff picked up by 11-1/2 at the latest. I told him I was very nervous that he would not be able to come within my time from (AFTER HE SAID IT WAS NO PROBLEM AND FOR ME TO ACCEPT

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment We had an agreement spoke twice and I am now in Ct having left the money and a key with a friend. He must honor the commitment he made last month. I have no alternative at this point. We had an accepted bid with a downpayment. Please call me

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment He can't make it on day time before 3:00 pm, they close on weekend. Response from papillonmoving: This location only open on Monday from 10AM -3PM, it is very hard to schedule a pick up.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved THERE WILL BE NO ONE AT THE PICKUP ADDRESS ON THE PICKUP DATE. I ASSUMED MY SON WOULD BE HOME WHEN I BOOKED. HE UNFORTUNATELY MUST BE IN PITTSBURGH THEN. CANNOT RESCHEDULE UNTIL I CAN BE SURE SOMEONE WILL BE HOME.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I placed a bid from Papillon moving and it was accepted. Julio was a very courteous man that communicated with me pretty effectively. He did indicate being seven hours behind schedule. I was told by him that he would be at my rental facility at 6:00 am, however, because they needed to sleep and he was in Washington DC, he arrived at 4:00 pm. This would have made my delivery round 2-3 am. I worked with him because I experienced a lot of issues and he was supportive. However, my major problem was Response from papillonmoving: The truth was the storage facility has not been paid for two months so, we were unble to pick up the items at the storage facility.The storage manager told us that he would not let us into the unit.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider had to change the date of the shipment. I will use this service provider if I cannot get another provider to move my stuff on the designated date. Otherwise I will go with this provider next weekend.
