All items arrived in perfect condition; shipper handles items w/ care. But shipper will add additional fees. Paid extra for full coverage cargo insurance & shipper never produced a contract showing where he used my extra $150 to purchase the cargo insurance. I thought this might be an oversight and used him for another move since he took good care of my things, but I learned that's what he does. We agreed on a flat rate & he jjacked up the price $100 because my couch didnt fit elevator- really?!

Hi Debra, I thank you so much for the feedback. But, let be honest your sofa could not get into the elevator and you wanted me to take it to 8th floor using the stairs. It was fair for me to charged you $ 100 more. I gave you a copy of the insurance that you purchased from a third party when I moved you in Atlanta, GA. The shipment was a VINTAGE WALL UNIT to be picked up at my warehouse in Orlando, Florida 32804 and delivered to a warehouse in Lambertville, NJ 08530. The service provider and I were communicating throughout the process and I was assured that he would be able to pick up the items by 10-29-11.
