All items arrived in perfect condition; shipper handles items w/ care. But shipper will add additional fees. Paid extra for full coverage cargo insurance & shipper never produced a contract showing where he used my extra $150 to purchase the cargo insurance. I thought this might be an oversight and used him for another move since he took good care of my things, but I learned that's what he does. We agreed on a flat rate & he jjacked up the price $100 because my couch didnt fit elevator- really?!

It was fair for me to charged you $ 100 more. I gave you a copy of the insurance that you purchased from a third party when I moved you in Atlanta, GA. The shipment was a VINTAGE WALL UNIT to be picked up at my warehouse in Orlando, Florida 32804 and delivered to a warehouse in Lambertville, NJ 08530.
