My experience working with Dion was really good. He made himself available for all calls along the way, which is so important to me. He was patient and understanding when I was held up do to traffic. I no longer need my item(s) shipped The seller called me & told me that the garage he had the motorcycle stored in caught on fire and the bike was totaled. I am not buying a burned out bike - so unfornately I no longer need this item shipped. I just got off the phone with Cliff MacGregor (shipper), I informed him of what happened, I informed him that I will not be buying this bike, & that the shipment was not needed - he said OK, no problem. He also said for me to contact uship (as I am doing now) & mark the item "I no longer need
