It is my opinion that an employee of Performance cycle center in tucson failed to attach the windshield properly but since they are unresponsive to their customer and his rights, I will certainly reimburse him for his loss. He is certainly not to blame for the windshield flying off. I will sleep well tonite with a clear conscience. The folks at the cycle center need to learn the meaning of "customer service".
