Phil's service was excellent! He was right on time picking up my shipment and delivered the shipment earlier than expected, which was great! I would highly recommend this shipper to anyone and will definitely use his company in the future if I have a need to ship anything. Member made significant misrepresentations and refused to work out an agreeable solution. Member broke a wall unit initially took full responsiblity. Now he is refusing to pay for the damaged unit.

This shipper has alot of explaning to do in regard to the proper handling of business in a professional manner...the damaged door on her wall unit was guaranteed to be fixed, as good as new. The only thing that was requested of her was to provide the correct dimensions, and a proper copy of a receipt for purchase. Since these were never provided, per our request, we were and are still unable to submit a claim to our insurance company. Also, it should be known to all who would consider doing busi

Service provider was excellent. Provided prompt feedback and notification when items were picked up and estimated delivery time. Also called 15 minutes prior to delivery as courtesy. Dispatcher and driver were professional and courteous. Items were delivered on time and undamaged. Was a great company to deal with all around!
