I am a livestock and horse transporter, I have 12 years experience and I am available 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. We have a 7 horse slant load fully enclosed and a 24 FT 5 horse FULLY ENCLOSED trailer and a 2012 GMC 3500 truck that we use for transports,so no job to big or to small. I am a horse owner and I know how to treat your animals, your horses will have individual attention and will be hayed and watered along the way as well as boarding for the long trips.We also supply blankets for the winter trips. Your horses will be treated with the same love and respect that I give to my own.This is a family business so I can give better rates than the bigger companies.I thank you very much for your consideration. Satisfactory service and communication, except for the fact that once my horse arrived at his final destination panchomissy wanted to unload him through the HUMAN DOOR which would have shattered his hip if my trainer was not there to say otherwise. Regardless if you are in a rush to drop off the next horses, the safety of the horses you are shipping should exceed all other time constraints.

Okay if you would of been there on time. so I would of not waited for 45 minutes you would of seen what I was talking about. all I asked is if this horse would of backed out the side ramp. or did he need to be turn around to exit the back of the trailer that has a ramp too. if your trainer don't know what doors are you might have your horse training at the wrong place thank you VIDALESTRANSPORT

Pancho & Missy picked up my 3 mini horses right on time & dropped them off on time as well. The only thing that could have been better was for them to have been put in a clean stall... obviously they had dropped off a large horse prior to picking up my 3 minis...but my horses appear to be healthy & injury free which more than makes up for having to travel in a dirty stall. Would definitely book with them again.

Hi, sorry for the dirty stall i was going to place your mini's in the bigger section of the end of the trailer thats half the trailer, the minis where not loading that easy. so we place them to the front of trailer so we could load them one at a time. with a couple inches of snow on the ground and the small driveway we couldn't really do nothing there. we drove down the road where you told us we could find more shavings we clean the trailer and place shaving and seperated the minis. High praise for panchomissy. Excellent communication, very polite! Help w/ newbie questions too. Pickup and delivery as scheduled. Dirty trailer but not their fault! They'd just dropped off a full long-haul load and were working hard to meet our schedule. They offered to clean it on the spot before loading but all agreed that our short trip, tight timing and worsening traffic meant loading ASAP was best. Thumbs up all around for these folks.

Could not be happier. Pancho transported our dog Sadie from Florida to Colorado. He worked around our schedule and arrived promptly on the day promised. Sadie had a great time and arrived early in Colorado. Sadie arrived in great condition and she was very well adjusted. I would definitely use Pancho again in the future.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was taken to the hospital on the night the horses were to be picked up for shipment. I had to cancel because I was not being released from the hospital but was being transferred to another hospital. The service provider was not able to reschedule a time to pick up horses or to give me a time frame in which it could be done. I have already relisted this shipment and accepted a bid to have the horses moved through your site. I would like any refunds to be applied to the shipment that is rebo

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipper placed a bid which I accepted. Their other shipment fell thru so now they want to cancel as a convenience. The contract was not contingent upon another shipment. Strange, they said they called once but I have no message or record of any call. I had to track them down via email. They need to fulfill the contract or be in breach for non-performance for which I will seek a legal remedy. I placed an urgent listing for delivery of a broodmare in a boxstall for delivery by June 10th.

Hi, there's no reason for you to make up things as we can see you have other cancelations due for you being rude, and not professional, and demanding, all I did was ask for 2 extra days to pick up her horse, and Susan got real mad and upset for just a simple question. i still had 4 days to pick up. she said i better pick up on my time frame or she was going to sue me for breach of contract. Guess im driving north with an empty stall. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LADY. Susan just remember theres CARMA....

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time When the shipment was booked I tried to contact the transporter via email to confirm what day and time my horse was to be picked up and dropped off..the horse was to be shipped at the end of the week and I had to let the pick up and drop off contact know the details. So they could make arrangements to be there. The email was never answered. So, I tried for two days -once leaving a message- to reach the transporter. Finally, after the second day..and two days before the due transport..the transpo

Hi, thats not right stop lying we live 30 minutes from the pick up location, we called the day of pick up at 8Am to see if we could pick up before our schedule time to pick up. at 12 to 1 pm so we can make it to our son boxing match he have in Ft, louderdale. no answer from you, after waiting to the time of pick up then you still did not answer. you called us at 3:49 pm saying what time we was going to pick up your horse, that you was sorry but you turn your phone off because you got drunk last.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This horse hauler arrived to pick up horse while having cows on the trailer. This was never discussed, and completely unacceptable. Show horses do not haul the same as cattle, and it's a dangerous situation to put my horse in.

Hi, we showed up in a 40' Elite trailer with 3 compartments one had 3 small 400 lbs. steers that we donated and offer to transport for free to a ffa group, the next compartment was empty and the 3rd compartment was for her show horse. each comartment is 8x12 so this horse was going to be at least 20' away and seperated by one compartment. some people just dont have the heart or mind that theres other people and kids in this world that need help.
