Driver has 6 years experience in moving RV's and Boats with some of the highest ranked companies in northern Indiana. The greatest care is taken to be DOT compliant and to service the the customer. Through the years of experience we have encountered many situations that have built the foundation for our practices - such as the statement about requiring shipper responsibility for electrical and tires. It came about because the driver had to rewire a trailer mid-route to get it delivered saftely with lights. Tires age as they sit. Dry rot sets in and the tires are not safe for on road conditions - they may work for taking the boat to and from a ramp that is 5 miles from home but that doesn't allow for safety on open road.
