The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
I need the oven packed and shipped. The TSP is only a shipper and does not pack. The oven is on a pallet but not packaged or secured. I don't want to sent it like that.

Good Communication. The item was delivered sooner than promised. It was damaged in transit, but the shipper who arranged this had nothing to do with that, so do not hold it against them.
