We are not really sure what this person is talking about.
The information was all wrong he gave to our office.
He said the sleep sofa was in the garage in NJ for pickup, and it was three flights up and had to be carried down.
The drivers got there when agreed upon for pickup and the delivery was in the afternoon on a day he agreed upon.
The sleep sofa was even carried up a twisted flight of stairs at the dropoff.
The customer tipped $20...so obviously was happy about the delivery
