Shipper and I agreed upon a fuel only arrangement. The shipper advised prior to the agreement of the vehicles condition, its description, and its stated performance. All were accurate and understated. The vehicle in question was an extremely good vehicle and other than fluids was in perfect running order. Working with this shipper was extremely pleasant and convenient. Fuel report was given with receipts as agreed upon during delivery and paid in accordance with the arrangement of fuel only
