I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period This provider has failed to deliver on time (14 days from pick up on 04/02/08). He had sent another moving and storage company to pick up my belongings, and I am now responsible for paying them. He has contracted out my car shipment, charged me for it, but failed to pay the contractor. So, end result is that no service has been delivered by this provider. I would like to cancel.

This was a great transaction! These guys rescued me from an very bad an unsuccessful arrangement with another mover. Shipment was picked up same day the bid was made, and delivered in 5 days on the other coast in perfect condition! Communication was great throughout. The company was very gracious and accommodating, and even paid storage fees on my behalf, in cash! Fair price for such a short notice deal. Strongly recommend.
