A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Drivers initial shipment canceled and therefore the driver was no longer headed to WA. Which delayed us picking up the UT forklift along the way. We were working another driver out to the location but the customer insists on canceling.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I accepted the bid for $1643.00 because it was a good price. But the service provider told me that they were going to ship me the forklift in 3 to 7 days, it has been at least four weeks and i still do not have my item. I have tried to be very patient and understanding because they told me the driver got sick, but four weeks is to long. At the beginning they answered the phone and always told they were trying to get a driver, but now they dont even answer the phone.
Response from applog:
Bid accepted 7/14, we advised that it would be a few days that the truck was enroute to Utah. Drivers initial load then cancelled and we advised the customer that we would send another truck. Another truck was on the way and then the customer requested a cancellation. So, it has only been a little over a week since the bid was accepted and then declined.
