The communication setting up the order cost, pick up/delivery time was good. However, the weight was undercalculated and there was a large additional charge. We were expecting a scale upon pick up, which the company stated , however was not present at pick up. Also, the shipment was sent out before receiving an ok conserning the additional cost. We negotiated a more reasonable charge after many phone calls. The order was received in good condition other than some dirt.

Kenny Kim is extremely professional and packed my goods with the utmost care. All my boxes were tightly wrapped and clearly labeled with my info-worth every penny. And it took no time to get to me!

Shipment (8 dining room chsirs)was picked up and delivered per the arranged times with shipper. Merchandise arrived in perfect condition and it was obvious that care was taken to wrap furniture properly.

Initial delays due to information overlooked by member, but he worked to accomodate for the inconvenience. Third party shipper used however, shipment tracking useful but would recommend getting the guaranteed delivery...took an extra week, a lot of phone calls, and getting the run-around to actually getting the shipment delivered. Shipment was delivered in acceptable condition.
