My experience with Pace Movers, from Manhattan to Nashville, was very positive. Their process was very efficient, and my furniture arrived on time and in perfect condition. The only thing you might need to know up front, which I didn't, is that at pickup they would not accept a credit card. Therefore, they said they would collect at the delivery location, but did not tell me until the actual day that they needed cash.

excellent experience. pick up in brooklyn, ny and then delivery in tennessee went great. picked up and delivered as agreed to and especially the delivery came about 30 mintues early. the crew of two unloaded and loaded onto one of our all-terrain 4 wheeler motor vehicles and one of them rode with me on that up to the house which is way back ( about 1/2 mile) on a farm. very kind about doing this which was a bonus. ligne sofa- great shape!!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
service provider contacted me via phone, in advance of the pick up date, to say their driver is in Texas with truck problems and will not make it to CA to pick up my item. I suggested a reschedule or later date pick up but the provider was not able to reschedule at that time or pick up my item after truck issues were taken care of.
