The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider did not pick-up item and has not contacted the pick-up end or the delivery end. Item was re-sold due to provider not picking it up. Shipment no longer exists that to no service I have lost a good purchase.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period My boat needs to ship in 3 days. Have not heard from service provider in 10 days. My insurance company needs proof of ins to cover my boat. That has not been provided. Chuck said he was going to come by and look at the boat 2 weeks ago to determine if the tower was too high and discuss loading it onto the tilt loader. My comfort level for the service provider is too low to leave my boat in their hands for a cross country ship. Response from pacecarnut: After talking w/ Craig after he accepted my bid, I was going to go to his home and check out the boat, I ended up moving a trailer that weekend and then the following week made another trip to washington state to move a boat for our local Sea-Ray dealer, I have got home in time (yesterday) to load/move boat on date we agreed to, the 10th. Just didnt get a chance to see the boat but know everything would have been fine. I heard from another TSP he relisted and booked with another TSP. No problem.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Service provider contacted me with several emails, before he submitted his bid. Stated pickup dates and delivery dates. I accepted his bid. He changed the terms after I accepted the bid. He will not return my phone calls. I do not have time to play games. I honor my word. This guy is being very unprofessional. I should have paid more attention to hi questionable feedback. Do not waste my time. Response from pacecarnut: This shipper accepted my bid in the early a.m.While I was on the road that day. I got a message from this shipper when I had service in Boulder City, called him back and left him message, then went onto Bullhead City, AZ. When I got back into SoCal with regular phone service, I called again and left a message (with some of the shipping details) when I got home I had a cancelation request, with BS listed above. I found out he used a cheaper transporter. thats why he didnt return MY last calls!!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Chuck called me right after the bid was accepted. I gave him the contact information for my friend who has my boxes and he said he would call her over the weekend to make arrangements. That was 10 days ago, and neither my friend or I have heard from him. I have tried calling him several times this week and have not received any response.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This the 2nd cancellation I have requested. He was to have picked up within 3 days & delivered in 5 days. Twice we agreed on 2 different pickup days,2 weeks apart, he was always a no show with no explanation until days later and several phone calls & emails. Hard to communicate with. It has been 3+ weeks with still no time frame of pick up or delivery. I understand delays, but I also understand the courtesy of communication, this is ridiculous. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I talked to the guy after accepting his bid, he told me he would pick this up on friday december 19th and deliver to me either saturday the 20th or monday morning the 22nd. That was the last i heard, i called the guy on saturday, sunday through tuesday, left messages as well asking him to let me know if he could still do it or let me know if he couldn't so i could find someone else, never heard a thing. The company who had the item even called me to let me know it was still not picked up.

He never showeed up at the agreed upon time for pickup and has been unavailable ever since. I left 5 messages on his voicemail over a weeks time, but he has not even responded.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period We received several emails from shipper before bid was placed. Once we accepted his bid on Saturday, we did not heard back from him until late Tuesday by email. He did not know if he would have room now to ship our bike but would let me know back THAT NIGHT. Still have not heard back after sending several emails and left voice mails on his cell phone. He did not pick up our bike on dates he offered and NO communication.
