Schwierige Kommunikation, keine Rückrufe. Es wurden insgesamt 3 x die Termine nicht eingehakten, wir warteten vergeblich, auch auf einen Anruf, dass die Lieferung nicht klappt. Unter Androhung von Anzeige wurde dann schließlich geliefert: anvisiert 17 Uhr, keine Anrufe, nicht erreichbar, ankommend um 20:30. Nicht zu empfehlen.

3 tage Versprechungen. heute kurz vor 17.00 uhr ruft an sagt Steht im Stau noch 49km. gegen 19.30uhr Heist Auto wurde nicht Abgeholt!!!

falls Sie nicht wissen was Stau mit 14km auf A3 Freitags bedeutet , dann können wir auch nichts dafür . Erstmal Auftrag falsche Daten eingegeben und dann wollen Sie das Fzg auch noch sofort haben !!!!!!!

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Ich habe ja bereits mit meiner mail vom 27.9. dargestellt ,dass der Transporteur nicht in der Lage war die beiden Pkw`s abzuholen . Nachdem ich ihm ein letztes Mal am 29.9. eine sms geschrieben hatte , um ihm damit zu konfrontieren ,dass ich jezt meinen Anwalt einschalte , bekam ich tatsächlich mehrerer sms Antwoten mit " x Entschuldigungen " ....es wäre ein Defekt am LKW aufgetreten und nun würden die Wagen GARANTIERT am 1.10. abgeholt.
